Running…where do I start?? 

Life-changing, motivating, freedom, adventure, strength, companionship, mental health, exercise….I associate all of these words with this. I started distance running in 2011 having only ever ran a 10k. 

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would then go on to complete 10 marathons in the next 7 years, including 5 of the 6 Abbot World Majors, along with multiple other half marathons. Running has enabled me to travel the world, raise over £15,000 for charity, see majestic places and make amazing friends for life. Whether you are starting out and considering a couch 2 5k, looking to improve your distance/speed or simply meet up on a weekly basis for some fun, banter and a bit of exercise. Come and join us!
