Rules: Pick a category that suits your current ability, let the leaders know what category you wish to participate in (if your fitness improves during the year you can go up a category with the agreement of the jog leader).

*Run as many of the events but you must run the minimum required to qualify. Example: If you decide to run all 8 Park runs the 4 best times will be selected and an average of your 4 will provide us with a score to compare with other participants and this will be used to rank you positions in the championships. This only open to NRG JS members and jog leaders/coaches.
